Guests have access to a fireplace, a covered verandah with seating as well as a portable braai area. Please note wooden deck has no barriers and all bedrooms are upstairs.

Smoking is not permitted in the unit and there is no TV. Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

Castanea Cottage is a stylish farm cottage that sleeps 7 to 9 guests. 2 Guests can be accommodated in the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom, 2 guests in the twin bedroom and 3 to 5 in the loft. Castanea cottage has two fireplaces, one in the kitchen and dining room and 1 in the TV room. The outdoor fire pit is great for a group gathering and the veranda overlooking the small dam and has enough space for long, lazy weekend lunches.
