Important Information

Payment: Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Should you wish to confirm this booking, please ensure that the deposit is in our account before the due date to avoid cancellation? Please be advised that 50% of the total quote is required for all bookings. Only electronic payments or direct bank deposits – REGRETFULLY NO CHEQUE DEPOSITS ACCEPTED.
Please ensure that your account is settled in full at least one week, (One month for Easter and December bookings), before the date of arrival. NO KEYS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT FULL & FINAL PAYMENT.
Conditions of lease: The premises are let to you for holiday purposes ONLY and only for the period stated on the receipt. NO weddings, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. The number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the number of people that were initially booked and/or had beds provided for (Children inclusive),
Pets: No pets are allowed.
The following items will be available in the unit on arrival. Thereafter guests must supply their own. Bed linen, 1 2 x Toilet rolls,.
Guests must bring their own: Hairdryers, Towels, Braai Grid/Rooster etc.
Beach Towels, Additional Bathroom Towels, Wood etc
A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional charge. This will then include a change of bed linen, towels and general cleaning of the unit.
Arrival and departure: Arrival time is from 14:00 and departure is 10:00.

DISCLAIMER / INDEMNITY FORM:
Guest/s attend/s this establishment at their own risk. Only guests named on the booking form may use the property. While every reasonable precaution had been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions on the premises, the owner of Pikkewyn or agents shall not be liable for any injury or death of any person or the loss suffered or damage sustained to any property upon the premises whether arising from fire or theft or any other cause and by whomsoever. Therefore, the owner of Pikkewyn or agents shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims for any act, neglect or default for any accident, damage, loss, injury whether to person or property, which any of the persons named on the guest booking form using the premises may suffer. The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.

A R1000 breakage fee will paid in cash to the owner on arrival. The R1000 cash will be paid back on departure if the unit is clean and all is in order. No breakages.

Cancellation Policy: If a deposit has already been paid, a cancellation will forfeit 25% on the requested deposit more than 30 days before arrival, 50% from 16 to 29 days before arrival, and 100% from 15 to 0 days before arrival

*No smoking inside the bedrooms – smoking is only allowed in the living/braai area.
*No pets allowed
*No loud music or noise after 10:00 at night, please be considerate to our neighbours
*Please leave the house tidy
