★★★★★ Very clean and neat chalet. Staff were so helpful and pleasant, especially Ruan and his colleague who were so patient with us during the archery session! Only negative is that the wifi kept cutting out.

We booked using safarinow as we did on the previous occasion and when I called piekenierskloof to request a specific room, the lady, Gretchen, in reservations advised that it was room only and not bed and breakfast as advertised on safari now. ★★★★★ We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. We stayed in room 104. I would like to bring to your attention that the grouting between the tiles in the entrance just as you enter the room and carpet, is brittle and coming out. This is not something that the cleaners will pick up, so I thought I would let you know. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will surely come again! Linda du Preez
