Important Information

Deposits and refunds
* A 50% deposit per booking is required with the balance of the payment due 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits may be paid by EFT. Please email proof of payment to [email protected]
All deposits are non-refundable.
* Please note that deposits cannot be transferred to the balance payable on arrival should the number in the party reduce nor can it be transferred to a date other than the date originally booked.
* A breakage deposit of R300 is payable.

Check-in and check-out times
* Check-in: 14h00. Rooms are available for check-in from 14h00 unless otherwise arranged. If an earlier arrival is planned, we can store your luggage, by prior arrangement, until the room is ready.
* Rooms not claimed by 20h00 will be re-let unless a prior arrangement for late arrival is made.
* Check out at 10h00. All rooms must be vacated by 10h00 am on the day of departure to avoid payment for an extra day. If a later travel time is planned, we have limited facilities for storing your luggage. Late check-out may be arranged at an extra cost.

Prices
* Prices quoted in the price list are subject to change. However, once your deposit has been received and your booking confirmed, the price quoted will not change unless you alter your booking.
* Any alterations to bookings must be received in good time. The person/company in whose name the booking was made will be liable for the full cost of the reservation if a cancellation is received less than seven (14) days prior to the arrival date, and after a written confirmation or voucher has been issued.
* Prices do not include meals.
* No refund will be given for any premature departures.

Guest Responsibilities
* It is a condition of booking that all guests conduct themselves in a responsible manner so as not to cause disturbance or annoyance to other guests.
* The management reserves the right to terminate any person’s contract should their behaviour be deemed unacceptable and no refund will be given.
*Any breakages or damage to property will be made good and the cost charged to the person in whose name the booking was made.

* No visitors are allowed in the rooms.
* Braai facilities are available with prior arrangements.
* No loud music, especially after 22h00.

Smoking
* All our rooms are non-smoking. For your convenience, we have placed a table and chairs with an ashtray outside your room.

Wi-Fi
* Password: GP@Carriers

Toilets
* We are using a septic tank system; please do not flush any chemicals or foreign objects.

Water & Electricity
* We live in a water- and electricity-scarce country. Please turn off unnecessary lights and other electrical appliances when not needed. Please use water sparingly.

Keys
* Please report lost keys to reception. A R1000 replacement fee will be charged for lost keys.

Safety
* Your safety is very important to us.
* Please do not wander on the premises after dark. Lock your door when you go to bed. Make sure your car is locked at all times. When leaving your room during the day, make sure all windows are closed.
* A security guard will be patrolling the grounds during the night from 18h00 till 06h00.
