Important Information

* Please pay your 100% deposit into the bank account details provided.

Payment Conditions for Bookings:
* A 100% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
* We do not offer 30-day billing accounts.
* Preferred payment methods are bank transfers; however, secure 3D payment links for card transactions are available upon request for an additional fee of 3.9%.
* Please note that any banking charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest.
* An additional post-departure cleaning fee of R600-R1000 per stay will be applied.

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs):
* The property address will be provided once the booking has been confirmed.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy:
* Our property operates on a non-refundable deposit policy. This means that the initial deposit made to secure your booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Modifications and Cancellations:
* If you need to make modifications or cancellations to your reservation, we kindly request that you inform us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. This allows us to better manage our availability and provide opportunities for other guests.

Refunds on Modified or Cancelled Bookings:
* In the event of a modified or cancelled booking, we will only consider refunds if the house/apartment can be re-rented for the entire duration and at the same amount. This approach ensures fairness to both parties involved.

* Residential Use: The property is intended for residential use only and not for any commercial activities or events.

* Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the agreed-upon guest count.

* Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay.

* Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 22h00 and 08h00 to respect neighbours and fellow guests.

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.

* Pets: Unless explicitly agreed upon, pets are not allowed on the premises.

* Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 15h00 and check-out time is 10h00. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

* Keys: Lost keys may result in a replacement fee.

* Liability: The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items during the stay.

* Indemnity Clause:
By confirming this reservation, you acknowledge and agree that Kingsgate Houses/Pezula Villas and its property manager/owners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and hereby release Kingsgate Houses and Pezula Villa from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of the property.
