Important Information
Guests are required to make payment of the amount quoted for their reservation within 24 hours in order to secure the reservation.
Payment must be made by credit card or direct deposit into the Perna Perna bank account.
Should payment not be received within 24 hours, Perna Perna is entitled to cancel the reservation.
All reservations made within 30 days of occupation require full payment within 24 hours of request.
All reservations made greater than 30 days prior to occupation require 50% deposit of the reservation cost. Should the deposit not be received within 24 hours, Perna Perna is entitled to cancel the reservation.
Where the number of guests for the reservation exceeds 30 people, a 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is immediately payable irrespective of the date of occupation.
The number of people occupying the Unit No more than the number of people stated in the Guest Certificate may occupy the unit.
The guest named in the Guest Certificate will be held responsible to comply with all terms and conditions of the reservation and the Resort Rules.
