About Perlman House

It has history, charm and bustles to its own beat. One of the oldest buildings in town and around 140 years old. The original Origan wooden floors and window frames is still visible in some of the rooms and the thick stone walls keep the home cool in summer. In winter gather around one of the fireplaces to keep warm. Bring along some wood or buy at one of the local stores to keep the fires going in the cold. We offer two (2) self catering units where all expectations are exceeded with loads of carachter and attention to detail. We supply reading materials and board games. Private en

Family friendly: The property is accessed by remote control gates to the back yard where children play in safety.

Romantic: Barnett Cottage main bedroom with fireplace, wooden floors, high wooden ceiling and chandelier give the room a very romantic feel.

The house is comfortable, clean, cosy. Kitchen has everything we needed. The microwave / conviction over was impossible to use as there was no book of instructions. Perhaps you could make a one page laminated sheet of how to use instructions for the oven like you did for the coffee machine. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Thank you Ronelle for accommodating our early arrival and being in touch all the way and also for all the advice and friendliness. The house was perfectly equipped even for load shedding. Beautiful crisp and clean linen and towels. The bed mattresses were also in very good condition. Ample space for relaxing indoors and also outdoors. Everything was clean and neat.... Read more

Ronelle went out of her way to make sure we where comfortable. The bed was generous and the linen crisp and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this establishment.A coffee plunger would be welcome for easy use to enjoy that vital cup of quality coffee in the morning.
