Important Information
Right of admission to the property is reserved at all times. The Penthouse is let out strictly according to the number of beds provided and exceeding of specified occupants (6) will not be permitted. We regret no children under the age of 2 without prior permission from management. Proof of Identity (a valid passport, RSA ID book or valid driver’s license) will be required when checking in. The Penthouse can be occupied from 14h00 and must be vacated by 11h00. Keys must be handed to our representative. A fee will be charged for lost keys. A refundable breakage deposit of R2,000 will be charged on confirmation of reservation. Early arrival and late departure will not be allowed unless arranged with reservations manager. Charges will apply. Cape Town is currently experiencing level 5 water restrictions. The water usage limit is 70 litres per person per day. Please shower for 90 seconds or less. No Pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the Penthouse only on the balconies. 10.Housekeeping services will be provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday’s. Saturday housekeeping services are available on request at an additional R300 per day. No housekeeping services available on Sundays and Public Holidays. 24hr Secure underground parking for 4 vehicles.
