Important Information
The outstanding balance must be paid two weeks before arrival at Pennington Waves. Any additional payments must also be made at this time. Payments can be made by means of an electronic transfer. Please also indicate your reference number with all payments.
A penalty fee equal to a day's tariff will be enforced for late departure.
The client will be held responsible for any breakages or damage to the property and the building of Pennington Waves caused due to negligence by the client or his/her guests/family members.
While every care is taken, Livisec (Pty) Ltd t/a Pennington Waves Holiday Accommodation nor any of its directors, employees or agents shall be held liable for any personal damage, injury or loss of whatever nature incurred by the client and his guests/family members during their stay at Pennington Waves.
Please ensure that the inventory list is checked on arrival. If there is any difference it must be declared and brought under the attention of the resort manager. If nothing is declared missing or broken, it is assumed that all is in order and breakages will be billed/deducted from the breakage deposit.
