Pebble Beach 35 is a self-catering apartment situated on the third floor of a secure complex on Shakas Rock main beach. The complex offers spectacular uninterrupted sea views and is situated near to plenty of restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses. This three-bedroom penthouse apartment has recently been completed renovated to an extremely high standard. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third two bunk beds. The second bathroom with a bath and shower services these two rooms. Two of the rooms lead out onto the balcony through sliding doors. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the apartment has air conditioning installed throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron, washing machine & tumble drier as well as crockery and cutlery to serve six people. There is a TV and full DSTV in the lounge, which opens up onto the furnished balcony where there is also a gas braai.The complex has a lovely swimming pool area. Two secure parking spaces are provided, one of which is undercover, and access to the complex is by remote control. The unit is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible as there are three flights of stairs to the unit. A daily floor service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays. Linen will be provided, please bring your own dish towels, bath towels & beach towels.
