2. The house will only be unlocked once full payment has been received, please email proof of payment to [email protected].
3. Arrival/Departure times – Kindly note that should there be no bookings prior to arrival or on the departure date times may be negotiated.
a. Check-In – 14h00
b. Check-out – 11h00
4. The House keys can be collected from the Caretaker & Security Guard who lives on the premises.
5. DStv – is available at an additional price of R50,00 per day, should you wish to have this connected please advise in advance so that we may make the necessary arrangements with DStv.
6. Please bring your own towels – (hand towels, bath towels and Jacuzzi towels). We can provide towels at an additional cost of R 565.00 for the duration of your stay.
7. Please note that during the winter months, we do not fill the Jacuzzi unless requested. We often experience water shortages, and we find that people often do not use the Jacuzzi as it is too cold.
8. No pets allowed – No exception.
9. No more than the maximum party size allowed.
10. Gratuity/Tips are welcomed but not compulsory.
11. Kindly note that the house is only serviced prior to arrival, should you require the daily services of a cleaning company kindly contact the property prior to your arrival in order to make the necessary arrangements.
12. You may also make arrangements for a linen change and or washing towels. Kindly Note: Payment & arrangement of these services are for your account and must be settled directly with Peace of Marloth (Pty) Ltd ahead of check-in.
13. Please remember to bring your own cleaning products, toilet rolls and black bags for refuge. There is a dishwasher, so please bring your own tablets.
14. Cancellation policy- All reservations need to be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival, if not, the full booking value will be forfeited.
15. If any negligence with regard to damage to the structure or any other parts or furniture in & around the property can be produced and established the guests will be held liable for the replacement cost.
