Stirling cottage is a two sleeper with a queen sized bed, private bathroom with shower and toilet and a combined living/kitchen space. There is a smart TV with Netflix but not DSTV. WiFi is available in the room. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove top and oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. The cottage also has it's own braai facility outside and charcoal, firelighters, wood and matches are provided.

Popular attractions in the area include wine and brandy tasting. Wine tasting is a vacation in itself and the Elgin Valley forms part of the Green Mountain Eco Route, the world's first biodiversity wine route. Take a guided tour of the Oude Molen Distillery to find out about the art of brandy making. You'll get to see the biggest copper pot stills in the southern hemisphere and experience a tutored brandy tasting.
