Important Information

* No children Allowed
Arrivals/Departures:
* Check-in: 14:00 to 20:00; please inform us of your estimated arrival time.
* Check-out: Strictly at 10:00; cleaning staff arrives at 10:15.
* Indemnity Form: All guests must complete an indemnity form before arrival for safety.
* Reporting: Guests must report to the main farmhouse for escort to accommodations unless otherwise communicated.

What We Provide:
* Linen, bath and swim towels, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, cutlery, crockery, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, and sweetener.
**Oakron**
* Vehicle: High-Clearence vehicles are recommended for access.
* Housekeeping: Linen and towels provided; fresh linen for stays of four nights or longer.
* Dishes: Please wash before checkout.
* Access: No curfew; enter and exit at your convenience.
* Waste System: Do not flush foreign objects.
* Smoking: Prohibited inside the tent.
* Water: Fresh fountain water is safe for consumption.
* Utilities: Equipped with gas stove, kettle, and toaster (no electric appliances).
* Pets are allowed by arrangement

Fire Pits:
* Wood is available for R70 per bag; payment is due before departure.
* Open the sprinkler for 2 minutes before starting a fire to prevent wildfires.
* Braai utensils are located nearby; a potjie pot is provided.
**Aloeron**
* Vehicle: High-profile vehicles are recommended.
* Power: Off-grid; solar power only; no appliances except cell phones or laptops.
* Housekeeping: Linen and towels provided; fresh linen for stays of four nights or longer.
* Dishes: Please wash before checkout.
* Access: No curfew; enter and exit freely.
* Waste System: Do not flush foreign objects.
* Smoking: Prohibited inside the tent.
* Water: Borehole water is safe but may have an orange tinge after rain.
* Pets are allowed by arrangement
Fireplace and Braai:
* Wood available for R70 per bag; payment due before departure.
* Braai utensils located at the fireplace.

Hot Tub:
* Avoid touching the oven while a fire is burning to prevent burns.
* Ensure the water level is at least 2 cm above the chimney base.
* Wood is available for R70 per bag; prior arrangements are required for heating.
* No food preparation in the hot tub oven; non-compliance will result in fines.
Surroundings
* Tents are on a working farm; expect sounds from farm animals, tractors, and workers.
* Safe for walking and cycling, but watch for spiders and snakes.
* Do not damage plants; part of a conservancy.
* The closest dam to Oakron is not suitable for swimming; ask for directions to Nek-se-dam.
**Buckron (Owned by La Closerie)**
* Vehicle: High-clearance vehicles are required; wait for the electric gate to close for animal safety.
* Power: Off-grid; solar power only; no appliances except cell phones or laptops.
* Housekeeping: Linen and towels provided; fresh linen for stays of four nights or longer.
* Dishes: Please wash before checkout.
* Access: No curfew; enter and exit freely.
* Waste System: Do not flush foreign objects.
* Smoking: Prohibited inside the tent.
* Water: Fountain water is safe for consumption.
* No pets allowed in Buckron
