The large open-plan kitchen features a modern granite topped bar counter which forms the heart of the home; ideal for entertaining. The house is decked with Balau wooden decking at the front and at the back, which creates two separate entertainment areas with mountain and sea views respectively. French doors give living rooms a modern, airy feel, and one can catch a glimpse of the ocean and lush Milk Woods from the large open-plan kitchen and outside deck.

The sandy beach which is one minute’s walk away has rock pools, exciting little coves, safe swimming for children and a very popular surf spot.

Just beyond Sandbaai, the Hemel-en-Aarde village has a large variety of shops, farm stalls, galleries, studios, jewelers, restaurants, and a wine route which is a popular way to spend most of a day.
