The house is equipped with a spacious lounge with an eight seater dinning room with a stunning yellow wood table and stink wood chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with most amenites such as you gas stove, electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave and family sized fridge. There are three bedrooms. There is a cosy fire place, DStv, Netflix and super fast, uncapped internet, all for your leisure.

There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and three toilets in the house. The laundry room is located next to garage.

Secure parking is available, where two cars can park in the driveway as well as two electric garage's doors that can be of use. This is a safe neighborhood, and for your peace of mind, the house has an alarm system with 24 hour emergency response. The neighborhood is also monitored 24/7 with CCTV cameras. A domestic cleaner can be arranged for everyday cleaning purposes.

Knysna is a five hours drive from Cape town and being one of the high lights on the garden route with everything to offer. Lagoon, Beaches, forests, hiking, cycling, two world class golf courses and restaurants.
