Important Information
* An ID/Passport is required at check-in.
* Credit card used for deposit paid online to be present at check-in.
* Please note we charge a ZAR 450 cleaning fee per stay.
* We regret the property is not pet-friendly.
* Note that the property is not suitable for parties and loud music.
* All windows are to be closed upon check-out.
* Communal braai area to be left tidy after use.
* At all times within the complex must a man wear a top and ladies must be dressed (no swimming costumes allowed) in communal areas.
* All your possessions are kept on the premises at your own risk.
* Park only in public parking or an allocated bay (both safe options).
* A complimentary mid-stay clean after 6 nights is offered; however, should you request additional cleans and/or linen and towel change prior to 6 nights, an additional fee of ZAR 350 will apply for your account.
* Blinds are to be carefully operated, gently and with respect
* Breakages are to be noted for replacement purposes.
* The apartment is to be left orderly upon check-out
