This family-friendly club resort is located in the beautiful area of Atakoy-Gokova and numerous restaurants and the nearest beach are 4 km away in Akyaka. The lively resort and ancient city of Marmaris is 26 km from the country house and free shuttle services operate to Gokova Beach and Marmaris Beach. Other nearby places of interest include Cleopatra Beach (15 km away), Dalyan-Caunos (60 km away), the Kings' Tombs (3.5 km) and Mugla (30 km). Dalaman Airport is approximately 60 km from the finca.//Built in 2010, the air-conditioned country house is built on a total area of 26,000 m2 and offers a wide range of facilities and services. The boutique hotel offers 32 rooms in total as well as 48 stables and horse riding and training provided by certified trainers, expert riders, and experienced stablemen. Riding services are available 6 days a week (fees apply). Most of the facilities are built using natural building materials and there are two structures; one main building and one outbuilding. Both buildings have luxurious boutique hotel rooms located upstairs while downstairs is designated for the horses with stables, a veterinary office, blacksmith shop, saddle rooms, and horse care units. There is an indoor paddock of international standard, a terrace (with a view of the outdoor paddock) and the indoor watching terrace (with a view of the indoor paddock). There is also a large garden, a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a TV lounge, lobby bar, cafe, lift access, currency exchange facilities, a hotel safe and an à la carte restaurant.
