Important Information
RATES and MINIMUM STAY:
1. PEAK SEASON RATES: 15 DECEMBER 2025 - 15 JANUARY 2026 AND long weekends
MINIMUM STAY: 10 Nights
Rates from R 2 880 per night will apply depending on the number of guests
A refundable deposit of R2000 will be charged for missing, damaged items
2. HIGH SEASON RATES: 16 JANUARY 2026- end MARCH 2026
MINIMUM STAY: 7 Nights
Rates from R 2300 per night will apply depending on the number of guests
3. OFF PEAK/HIGH SEASON and LONG-WEEKENDS;
MINIMUM STAY: 5 Nights
4. SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: MARCH/APRIL, SEPTEMBER
MINIMUM STAY: 7 Nights
Rates from R 2380 per day depending on the amount of persons
4. LOW SEASON: JUNE – AUGUST

PAYMENT:
Deposit through SafariNow (a secure payment sight).
SECURE YOUR BOOKING BY:
1. Completing the booking form e-mailed by the Establishment, and e-mailing it back with supporting required
documents to the Oyster Box;
2. Depositing 50 % of the total fee within 8 hours from your booking to SafariNow (Invoice and banking details
will be forwarded to you).
3. The outstanding balance together with a cleaning fee of R550 and a refundable breakage/damage or missing
items deposit of R 2000 is payable 14 working days prior to the arrival date to the Oyster Box. An invoice
with banking details will be forwarded to you.
Please Note: Should the arrival date be 5-7 days after the booking date, the deposit policy (100%) from SafariNow will apply. The full payment plus the cleaning fee and the refundable breakage deposit must be made within 6 hours from receiving the invoice (e-mailed to you by the establishment) in order to secure your booking.
- NO SMOKING in-house and NO PETS.
Children older than 10 years are welcome. This house may NOT BE USED AS AN EVENTS FACILITY. Gatherings of more than 10 persons without permission from the owner will result in forfeiting your deposit and additional costs will be charged. ADDITIONAL NON-PAYING GUESTS WILL BE REGARDED AS ILLEGAL AND WILL BE HANDLED AS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE.
You are automatically responsible for any losses/damages incurred.
The owner does not accept any responsibility for any injuries sustained to clients/visitors or damages or loss of personal property or deposits already paid over to the establishment.
The breakage deposit will be paid into your account (10 working days) after departure and if the house is left fairly clean and if there are no damaged, broken or missing items.
