No parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made.
Kindly note that we do not have authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT or bank transfers.
Key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7-14 working days, after house has been scrutinised and all found in order.
Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit.

Kindly note that a refundable Breakage deposit of R650 is charged for all bookings; no Parties are allowed in any unit unless prior arrangements are made.
Only the number of guests that was booked allowed in house unless arrangements have been made for visitors. Check in time is strictly from 14.00 until 17h00, should you arrive later than this there is a R200 surcharge fee for late arrivals. Check out Time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay. Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the checkout time. We charge a doggie damage deposit (non refundable) of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. We do not allow more than 2 dogs at a time.

Kindly note that keys to all units need to be collected from our offices, from here we take/direct the guests to the actual house.

Directions to office: Drive into town, at the first fourway STOP turn left into St. Augustine's Road. Drive straight until you pass the Noisy Oyster Restaurant then turn left up at the Paternoster Rentals sign,we are in between the Square Spoon Restaurant and Infoprop Office.
