Important Information
Please be advised that we are a self - catering facility, any additional services such as breakfast, laundry services, etc can be arranged at an additional cost. These services can only be arranged prior to the day of arrival.
We have secure parking behind walled property ( Parking at own risk )
For your own safety, please ensure that the gate is closed after entering/exiting premises
Please lock doors and close windows when going out and take valuable items with you.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages that might occur during your stay.
Please be reminded that the daily rate is per room ( max 2 people per room )
The bedrooms are cleaned during the course of the day.
Clean towels are replaced every third day for long-term guests
Bedding is changed every checkout or week for long-term guests
An iron and ironing board is available upon request
Any damage/breakage will be charged for
No item or any kind may be removed off property
WATER RESTICTIONS – please use water sparingly, we have a drought and appreciate your co-operation.
Checkout time on day of departure is @ 10am. If the need arises, arrangements can be made for a later check out time.
Please consider the rooms next to yours. Keep noise to a minimum to prevent complaints.
Please note: Guests are required to quiet down after 21:00.
