About Ongegund Lodge

Situated between the beautiful mountains of the Helderberg, Ongegund is centrally located between Somerset West, Gordon’s Bay, and the best of the Cape Winelands. We offer our guests luxurious and modern facilities in our main building which dates back to 1790.

Accommodation is provided in en-suite double and single rooms, family rooms, self-catering rooms, and a loft room with lounge. We cater for the individual as well as group bookings, and include breakfast with our accommodation.

Wedding Venues: Historical architecture, vineyards and mountain scenery, coupled with our first class service. Our magnificent and picturesque gardens make for splendid photographic backdrops. Cater for up to 160 guests. Packages and rates are available on request

Omdat dit baie hard gereëm het, sou parkeerplek nader aan blyplek goed gewees het, maar die personeel was vriendelik. Die Kospakkie vir die volgende oggend se baie vroeg vertrek, was heerlik. Baie gamaklike bed en die bad was 'n bonus!

No aircons in room was a bit of a shock, but the scenery made up for it. We had a nice stay.
