About Ol-moran Tented Camp

Ol-moran is an exclusive tented camp in the Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Kenya's finest wildlife reserves, where the wildlife is abundant and the gentle rolling grasslands ensure that animals are never out of sight.

The camp is situated within the Masai Mara Eco-system and on the banks of Ololaimutia River which is a watering point for a variety of wild animals especially elephants, buffalos and antelopes. Masai Mara is the new seventh wonder of the modern world, famous for the migration of wilder beasts.

Inside the Ol-moran tented camp there are 19 spacious and exclusive tents with double and twin beds. Located in such a serene environment, wildlife is best savoured on a game drive in an open custom-made 4x4 Landrover. During the day one can take part in numerous escapades including adventures in the wild, nature trails and balloon safaris.

Our bar is well-stocked with local beers, wines and other international recognized wines and spirits. Adjacent to the bar, our cosy lounge is designed to give you a taste of modernity in the heart of the Masai Mara. The lounge, bar and the dinning are synchronized in the same clubhouse to give the clients easy movement from one place to another, and a place to share your days experiences.

Payment Policy:

A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance 30days prior to the arrival of the clients. Bookings not secured by the appropriate deposit will be released automatically and without prior notification. All payments made by cheque must be cleared prior to the arrival of the clients. In the event a cheque is returned by the bank as "unpaid" for any reason the agent shall replace the payment by cash and additionally agrees to pay the returned cheque fee thereof. The agent agrees to pay any and all costs, including legal fees, court costs and any other expenses incurred by Ol-Moran tented camp in the collection of unpaid invoices, returned cheques or default payment.

Any dispute regarding an invoice must be received by Ol-Moran Tented Camp accounts department within 4 days of invoicing and the only amount in dispute may be deducted from the invoice and payment due, which must be made within the specific time limit. Default of undisputed payment may result in Agent's clients being refused admission to the camp until payment is made. Consistent default will result in cancellation of this agreement.
