About Old Mine Guest House

This historic and spacious mine managers residence was built in 1919 on the outskirts of Musina overlooking the bushveld and Sinquelele hills. The house has been converted into a Guest House with separate newly erected spacious en-suite flatlet. We are near the town centre, 14 km from Beit Bridge and 44 km from Tshipise.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff there is welcoming and friendly. When we checked in there were towels for one guest even though the booking was for 2 people (which was not such a big deal for us) , on our our 2nd day back after room service that was rectified without us complaining. Old Mine Guest House it’s a very neat, comfortable and clean guest house. Spacious and peaceful. It’s far from the madding crowd the only noise you hear it’s from the birds singing.It’s a home away from home self-catering guest house and the decor its first class. Lovely place, enjoyed the bush ambience and tranquility. Just had problems with the dogs, it should be nice if the dogs can be kept away from guests. We couldn't go to the pool because we feared the dogs
