Oceans Edge Holiday Villa is located in a secure estate, that has private access to the beach. The Holiday villa has incredible views of Robberg Nature Reserve Mountain and the ocean from the entertainment decks and the viewing deck in the eco garden

Reservation Terms & Policies
1. Booking & Payment
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid on day of check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund.
14 to 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of deposit.
Less than 7 days before check-in: Deposit is non-refundable.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: 14:00PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of R 7500is required upon arrival and will be returned after a property inspection at check-out.
5. House Rules
No smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed unless prior approval is granted.
No parties or events without prior consent.
Guests must respect neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations.

6. Additional Services (Optional)
Personal chef services available upon request.
Ready-made meals can be prepared and delivered.

7. Liability & Responsibility
The property owner/management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
The property owner/management is not held liable should any accident occur within the property or in and around the pool.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.
