About Barefoot Beach house, pool, Chef!

Villa Zanzibar ( Barefoot beach house) is situated on the shores of Zanzibar. Located only 40 minutes from the airport, with excellent roads, the villa offers a tranquil retreat on a gorgeous stretch of white soft sandy beach.

This modern beach house is on one level and can sleep up to 12 guests in 3 large family suites, with 3 private en-suites. Large and spacious suites, fitted with international plugs, fans, closet, reading lamps, king-beds and 2 singles in each suite. Two suites are inter-leading and offer excellent accommodation for little ones. A large open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, bar fridge and bar area, dining large enough for 14 guests. Private beach in front of the villa. Free Wi-Fi onsite, complimentary mineral water, tea selection, as well as Tanzanian filter coffee available. All rentals include a Lush continental breakfast, with added services like Chef to cook Lunch/Dinner or beach BBQ's. Daily housekeeping services, free laundry.

Guests can enjoy a drink on the ocean front terrace, relax on the comfy couches or shaded sunbeds, watch the children play in the sand, mere steps from the ocean. Cool off in the splash pool, expect magical sunrises and fishing boats mooring nearby.Sup rentals, Snorkelling trips, Deep sea fishing trips or inshore fishing for the whole family. Bicycle rental, surfing and Spice farm visits. Stone Town cultural tours, Prison island, Sandbank picnics near Mnemba. Village walks and school visits (pack for a purpose).

Safari: We offer Tanzania Safaris- top off the beach holiday with a Safari, adventure camping or lodge Safaris. See The Great Migration during Jan-March! Swim with Whale Sharks, closeby!

From the welcome and briefing, to the day-to-day interactions, the service the team provided was friendly and warm - always with a smile! A huge thank you to the chef and the two ladies who assisted. The food was amazing! That seafood spread he prepared is still a talking point to this day! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
