2. The balance of the booking must be paid 14 days before arrival.
3. Booking and 100% of the deposit will be lost if full payment hasn’t been cleared by the bank 10 days before arrival.
Cancellations & Changes Of Booking Date:
* Cancellations and making changes to the booking date are only effective on receiving a written notification via email.
1. A percentage of the deposit will be forfeited if a cancellation is made.
* 25% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
* 50% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 15 – 29 days before arrival.
* 100% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 10 – 14 days before arrival.
