Sea View. Mountain View. Highly sought-after beachfront location. These are but a few of the things you can expect when choosing C403 Ocean View as your Accommodation Destination.

C403 Ocean View is a spacious two-bedroom apartment, situated in a secure complex with easy access to the world-famous Blouberg beach. Upon entering the apartment you are greeted by the sight and sounds of the Ocean just across the street.

The fully equipped kitchen is to the left as you enter and comes standard with all you need: Toaster, kettle, microwave, undercounts oven and Ceram hob with extractor. There is a fridge freezer combo as well as a dishwasher. There is also enough cutlery, crockery, utensils and pots and pans.

The dinning-room is next with the dinning room table comfortably seating four people with place for an extra two if need be.

The lounge offers comfortable three-seater and two-seater sofas for you to watch your favorite Netflix show on the smart TV. The smart TV does have the DSTV app installed, all that is require is you own login details. C403 Ocean View also offers WiFi throughout the apartment.

The main Bedroom has a big sliding window which virtually invites the ocean view right into the bedroom. The queen bed will make for a comfortable nights rest and there is also ample of cupboard space.

In the En-suite you will find a shower, basin and toilet.

The second bathroom offers a shower over bath, basin and toilet and also has a washing machine for your convenience.

In the second bedroom you will find the two 3/4 beds and again plenty of cupboards space.

For those who like to have their breakfast outside. the balcony offers a four seater patio set again with breathtaking views of the ocean and Table Mountain.

Important Information

– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a meet and greet fee fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).
– We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times, but these can only be confirmed on the day. If you have any special requests please contact your host on [email protected] or via telephone on +27 (0) 84 774 5508.

- A Security Deposit is payable before or upon arrival. The amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The deposit is payable via Cash, EFT or the Secure Payment Link sent to you by CTHA or the Check In Host. The purpose of the Security Deposit is for any incidentals including, but not limited to, Lost Keys, Damages to Property, Stained Linen, Excessively Dirty Apartment, Noise Complaints. Should no charges be raised against the deposit, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
