Kindly note our terms and conditions:
• Please present an ID or Drivers licence upon check in.
• Check in: 14h00 – 18h00.
• Check out: 11h00.
• Payment: 100% payment required upon booking.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellation 30 days before check-in date is charged at 100%.
• Child policy: Children are welcome.

Children under the age of 12 years are served 'children's supper' however if they would like to partake in the adult's menu an additional charge of R240 will be charged. Please let us know beforehand if you would like to book children for the adult's dinner. Extra beds, cribs, or cots may be available upon request for Children. Babysitting or childcare services may be available upon request and require advance booking.
• The restaurant offers a full breakfast that is hot and cold, lunch and dinner, all served fresh and delicious. Meals after check in from 2:30pm and before check out at 10:30am are included, lunch is served from 12h00 - 2:30pm the kitchen will be closed at 2:30pm. Meals served before check in and after check out will be an additional charge.

• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
• Horse riding costs:
* Toddlers’ arena ride – ½ hour @ R300
* Riding lessons in the arena – 1 hour @ R500
* Children’s outride – 45 mins – 1 hour @ R500
* Adults ride – 1-1/2 hour @600
* Escarpment ride with picnic lunch – 4-5 hours @ R1 500
* Beginners’ polo tuition – 1 hour @ R700
• Housekeeping is included in the Rate.
• No smoking in rooms, there are designated smoking areas outside.
*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. All bookings include 15% VAT
* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
