Sleeping a total of six, The Forge has two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, as well as a mezzanine loft room with two more kids beds. The main bedroom is ensuite while there is an additional shared bathroom off the living area. This 150 year old stone cottage was one of the first building to be built at Oakhurst, still retaining its thick stone walls and exposed timber beams. The living area wraps around the cottage and is made up of a dining room, equipped kitchen with gas stove and a cosy lounge with fireplace.

The living area opens out via glass doors onto a lovely covered deck with soothing views onto open fields and forests. Outdoors there is a secluded, open-air hot shower, dining table and braai area, hammocks as well as a private plunge pool and permanent wood-fired hot tub. Easy access to the forest trail is via the gate alongside the cottage.
