You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Check-in starts at 14:00.. Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door. The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week. Check out time is 11.00. POLICY_CHILDREN Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. POLICY_HOTEL_PARKING No parking available.
