North Lodge Self-Catering Cottages offers comfortable and secure self-catering accommodation in the lush green suburb of Park Hill in Durban North, just a short drive to the CBD, beaches, businesses, industrial parks and many other attractions. North Lodge Self-Catering Cottages are set in spacious grounds with a natural home-style garden setting.Accommodation is offered in private self-catering cottages, most with quiet split-air-conditioning units and fitted fans to beat the heat. All self-catering cottages are equipped for self-catering purposes, and cutlery and crockery are provided. Bedrooms are en-suite, and the rooms are equipped with TV's, desks, lamps, irons, and have access to laundry facilities. The cottages open out on to lawns with fruit trees and paved recreation areas. Hot water is in good supply due to the care of a solar water heating system and a heat pump. Guests are provided with secure parking, free Wi-Fi, tropical fruits in season, as well as a airport and harbour shuttle, and child minding services for a fee. The lodge also has a backup generator on site. North Lodge Self-Catering Cottages offers an ideal location in which to explore Durban. Moses Mabhida Stadium, Gateway Shopping Centre, Suncoast Casino, Sibaya Casino, uShaka Marine World, and Durban’s beaches which are located nearby, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafe’s.

A refundable security deposit will be taken on check-in from Men-Only groups. Couples and and Groups families which include Ladies are exempt, but all guests agree to make good any damages or losses. Please inquire once your booking is confirmed. No cash accepted on the premises, unless arranged otherwise.
Rooms shall be occupied by the guest(s) in whose name(s) the reservation is made. Please clarify if in doubt.
All male groups are required to pay a reasonable refundable breakages deposit after booking.
If you require accommodation for a function for example a bachelors party, team building or any other function, please include the info in to your enquiry. A surcharge will apply on arrival. Failure to disclose will result in cancellation.
Children aged between 0 and 4 stay for free.Children aged between 5 and 12 pay 50% of the sharing rate.Children over 13 pay the full rate.
North Lodge will not be held liable to any person/group for any consequence whatsoever in the event of a double booking, except to a guest in good standing who has paid within the stipulated time and is in receipt of a verifiable provisional reservation from Safarinow or the establishment.
Minimum stay:
Festive Season: 4 nights. Easter and school holidays: 3 nights. Weekends: 2 nights.
Towels are not provided. All bedding and kitchen utensils will be available. Extra bedding is available in cooler weather at no extra charge. An extra duvet will be folded into a large cushion-cover in your room.
Airport and harbour shuttle and child minding services for a fee. Daily service is extra and depends on availability. Use of Laundry equipment is extra. Early check-ins are extra. Late check-ins are extra, as are late checkouts. All extras are charged at reasonable rates in line with industry norms. Please inquire as prices for extras can change.
