Self-catering, two-bedroom apartment located approximately 50 metres from the beach. Close to many retail and various other stores. Close to the the Cape Winelands.
The apartment has a spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen includes everything! Microwave, refrigerator, cutlery etc. The apartment is furnished and towels are provided. Pet friendly if it's a small breed.
The beach nearby offers many adventures such as surfing and paddle-boarding / canoeing or just relax on the beach a few meters from your place.

Important Information

Do not worry, we are not sending you to war! But please bare in mind the below House Rules that helps us avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings
There is no security deposit, however every item has been checked before your arrival and will be inventoried upon departure. Any items that is unaccounted for / needs to be replaced in any way will be at the guests and / the guests visitors expense.
No parking allowed under the covered parking bays available on the premises as these parking bays have been reserved for other tenants. There is a Garage available for your private use. Access and additional check-in info will be arranged prior to stay.
There are 2 additional parking areas available on the premises which is used on a first come first serve basis, this is excluding the private garage allocated exclusively for your use.
These parking areas are next to the the double covered parking bay on the left, closest to the metal palisade fencing. The other bay is in front of your accommodation, opposite the double glass sliding doors.
When using the parking in front of the glass sliding doors, please make sure to leave enough room for the tenants that uses the carports on all sides to prevent them from being parked in.
In general when using the parking areas in the front always consider the other tenants and do not obstruct common areas or park on the lawn opposite the stairway leading up from your apartment.
Small Pets (below knee height such as Jack Russels, yorkies but not limited to) can be allowed with prior arrangement, not all pets unfortunately.
Your Pet is your responsibility. Your pet needs to be on a leash when not inside the apartment as there are other tenants that also have pets which we do not want to disturb.
Be mindful when in common areas, leash your pet and be considerate of other tenants using the common areas. As soon as your pet makes a mess outside, you have to clean it immediately and dispose of it in the outside bins, opposite the garage area.
Please Braai as much as you want! We have a braai and braai equipment available for your use. Own wood and firelighters will be required.
There is a common garden area where you can move the braai to if needed. Common areas can be utilized until 22:00pm and it must be left clean and ready for use by other tenants after your enjoyment of the area.
Please note that we require no excessive noise between 22:00pm and 07:00am between Sunday and Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays from 23:00pm until 07:00am
