About Noordhoek Beach Villa

Noordhoek Beach Villa offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely house in Noordhoek and is situated about 750 metres from the beach. This beautiful home offers an open-plan layout with a kitchen, dining area and living area, as well as a deck and a swimming pool.

The house has an enclosed garden with a double garage and secure parking for six vehicles. There are five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the house can accommodate up to 10 guests. The first bedroom has two extra long single beds, the second bedroom has two single beds, the third bedroom has an extra-long queen-size bed and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have an extra-long king-size bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove and microwave and there is also a breakfast counter. Guests have access to Netflix, a DVD player, a stereo and Wi-Fi. A secure pool fence is available for families with children.

The house is just a street from Noordhoek's beach, where guests can go surfing, horse riding, hiking and kite surfing. Noordhoek is a lively rural village under Chapman's Peak and Noordhoek Farm Village offers fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars and a deli. The area offers gourmet food, beach walks, mountain hiking and drinks at Monkey Valley, Red Herring or Farm Village.

House Rules
We expect the guests to look after the house as we would and to leave it in the same condition they found it.
No smoking indoors please.
Please respect neighbours right to quiet after 10 pm during the week, and 11 pm weekends.
A maximum of 2 well behaved pets are allowed, please bring own pet beds and bowls. Pets are not allowed on the beds and furniture.
No parties, weddings etc. are allowed on the premisses.
Maximum number of persons on the premises is strictly the number for which it was booked for (no day visitors allowed).
Guest interaction
The house, garden and pool are exclusive to the guests. The guests have as much privacy as they require and are welcome to interact with us if they like too or if they need help.

Other things to note
Patricia, the housekeeping lady is at the house 3 days a week.

Deposit policy
Any cancellations forfeit 10% of the total booking quote to cover credit card and banking fees.
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote.
Cancellations less than 14 prior to the visit forfeit 100% of the total booking quote.
For non-arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quoted is payable.
