The rate quoted is for the entire apartment, in addition to the total amount quoted we require a R1000 refundable breakages / security / disturbance to other apartments deposit. If you have requested a check-in over a Sat, Sun or Public Holiday we charge an additional R900 check-in fee that gets paid directly to us with the breakages deposit that is not included in the quote.
• Please use water Sparingly during your stay and do not waste water.
• There is only sufficient parking for 1 vehicle, no trailers or second vehicles!
• Strictly NO STUDENTS! No Matric Ragers.
• Please note strictly only 4 people maximum (4 people = adults and children) allowed in the apartment Any false representations made will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid and the right to remove you out of the apartment and off the premises. We are not liable to find you alternative accommodation. Due to a Maximum of 4 people in the apartment as stipulated, you may not invite any more people into the complex or apartment.
• We are a very popular destination, so please be aware that we do not hold any bookings, we work on a first pay, first serve basis.
• No pets allowed.
• We do not provide beach or bath towels, please bring your own.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU OR YOUR GUESTS ARE CAUSING A DISTURBANCE THAT IS NEGATIVELY IMPACTING OTHER OWNERS/GUESTS THEN YOU WILL BE EVICTED IMMEDIATELY BY THE SECURITY COMPANY OR SAPS . WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE RULE .
