Important Information
1. All rates are in U.S Dollars and include applicable Government Taxes & Service charge but are subject to change without notice, should government policies or operating expenses dictate.
2. Rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea & coffee.
3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the agent is required to make full payment at least 30 days prior to clients' arrival at Nkuringo.
4. Failure to comply with the terms of payment will result in all bookings being automatically cancelled.
5. Check-out time is 10:00am unless otherwise agreed with management.
6. Activities can be pre-booked through reservations or on arrival at the lodge.
7. Children below 4 years are accommodated free of charge. Children between the age of 5 years and over will be charged adult rates. Baby-sitting services are available at the lodge at no extra cost.
