All Provisionals will be kept for a maximum of 7 days.
PAYMENT TERMS
Direct - Short stays (less than 28 days)
Self-check in:
Full payment required within 7 days of booking and no later than 7 days before arrival

Non self-check in:
50% on confirmation. Balance on arrival

Direct - Long Stays (28 days or more)
Self-check in
Full payment required within 7 days of booking and no later than 7 days before arrival

Non-self-check in:
More than 30 days before arrival, 50% deposit to secure
Balance to be settled 15 days before arrival

30 day account holder
Statement to be sent 30 days after departure
Please ensure a voucher is sent to confirm the reservation no later than 7 days from confirmation of booking.
Should we not receive a guarantee, the provisional booking will automatically be released.

Payment Due Date:
• Low & High Season Booking - 30 days prior to arrival
• Peak Season - 20% deposit within 7 days of booking to secure reservation, with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival
In order to confirm your booking, kindly send proof of payment for the amount due as stipulated above
The provisional booking will be automatically cancelled should we not receive payment within the stipulated time frame.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Short stays
● 30-15 days before arrival 25% fees will be charged
● 14-7 days before arrival 50% fees will be charged
● Less than 7 days 100% fees will be charged
● No show 100% fees will be charged

Long stays
● 30-15 days before arrival 50% fees will be charged
● 14-2 days before arrival 75% fees will be charged
● 48 hours before arrival 100% fees will be charged
● No show 100% fees will be charged


 
GROUPS PAYMENT TERMS
Ad Hoc Groups
20% deposit required 90 days before arrival
30 days before arrival, full payment required
30 days before arrival, final rooming list to be received

Contracted & Series Groups
As per contract agreement signed

GROUPS CANCELLATION TERMS
Ad Hoc Groups
● More than 90 days before arrival: 100% of rooms may be released without penalty
● 89-60 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee to be charged
● 59-30 days before arrival: any rooms released is subject to 50% penalty of the negotiated rate
● 29 days or less before arrival: all rooms released is subject to 100% penalty of the negotiated rate

As per contract agreement signed

OTHER GROUP TERMS
Guide & Driver Rooms
Group Definition: 6 or more rooms constitutes a group
6-11 guest rooms booked: 1 crew room at 50%
12-17 guest rooms booked: 1 complimentary crew room
18-23 guest rooms booked: 1 complimentary crew room & 2nd room at 50%
24 or more guest rooms booked: 2 complimentary crew rooms
