About NEIGHBOURGOOD HILL

Welcome to paradise, for digital nomads and everyone in between. Set in the heart of Green Point, Neighbourgood Hill is a completely unique space and offers a modern interpretation of both intentional community and design. This Neighbourgood location is within walking distance to Green Point Park, Cape Town Stadium, as well as some of Cape Town’s best food and lifestyle destinations.

Our newly renovated, 32-suite social hotel offers a warm and vibrant feel where you will find a beautiful community of like-minded people from across the world. The furnished private suites have en-suite bathrooms, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee station. Linen and towels are provided.

The suites have access to stylishly furnished common spaces including a kitchen that is equipped with a microwave, dishwashers, kettle, toaster, gas hob, oven, and cutlery and crockery. A gas braai is available outside.

Wake up to a sunrise yoga class. Take a dip in our sparkling blue pool. Soak up the sunshine in our lush green garden. Enjoy a smoothie at our on-site Nourish’d Cafe. Settle down to get some work done in our member's workspace lounge. Neighbourgood Hill is your home away from home.
