GENERAL TERMS:
• In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled extension of a booking caused by bad weather, strikes or any other matter beyond our control, it is understood that expenses incurred will be for the guest’s account.
• The onus is on all guests to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance to cover themselves against risks associated with travel and appropriate medical and other insurances.
• All tours, experiences and activities are weather permitting. Guest safety is our first priority.
• Transfers to/from the Reserve can be arranged by our Reservation office. Please refer to our reservation office for rates, or referral to a transfer company.
• Ndlovu Safari Lodge Directors, Offices, Employees, Representatives and Agents, are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to any user howsoever arising.
• This agreement shall be governed by South African law and the guest submits to the jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any issue that may arise from this agreement.
