Important Information

Please note an R600 admin fee, will be included in your quote, and an R1000 refundable breakage deposit fee, not included, is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate per night. A reservation agreement will be sent to the guest from the host after the deposit is paid and reservation confirmation is received from Safari now and must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to Just Property.
The breakage deposit will be refunded +- 14 working days after departure, less any deductions if there were any breakages.
Should the property be damaged either willfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.
The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by you.

Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
A cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats, or houses, should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
Towels for swimming and bathing.
A standard DStv decoder with the remote and card (if any), or an Open view decoder, without a decoder there will not be any TV channels available..
Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for during your stay. We provide the first roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.
If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an extra cost which will be provided on request, and if there is a cleaning lady available.
Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Check in no earlier than 14:00.
No keys can be released without a full and final settlement.
Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account 14 working days prior to arrival. Keys need to be collected from Just Property Uvongo office, directions to the holiday property will also be provided in an envelope.
Arrival after hours - keys to be collected from Wolf Security in Uvongo.
For weekend and Public Holiday arrivals, keys are to be collected at an after-hours collection point that will be emailed to the guest when all paperwork and full payments including the admin and breakage fees are received
Keys must be returned to the Just Property Uvongo office and/or placed in the after-hours key deposit facility.
Tenants will be held responsible for all charges relating to lost keys or keys not returned after vacating the premises.
We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order, we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.

Cancellation Policy
In certain cases when a deposit is paid and the client wants to cancel there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
More than 1 month before check-in, 50% deposit refunded.
More than 2 weeks before check-in, 25% deposit refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before check-in, 0% deposit refunded.
