Important Information

Payments and deposits:
50% deposit to secure your booking
Balance of payment due 14 days before arrival.

General:
Smoking will not be permitted inside the venue or guest rooms and will only be allowed at designated areas outside.
No parties allowed.
No loud music allowed.
No pets allowed
Check in time between 13h30 & 15h00
Check out time 10h00
Later check in by prior arrangement

Breakage deposit:
A R1000 refundable breakage deposit will be required in case of breakages and, or damages to any property of Nantes Estate, payable on check in.

Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of R150 or 10% of booking total will be deducted from any refund as administrative charges.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival- full refund less administrative charges.
Cancellations up to 8 days before arrival- 50 % of booking total will be forfeited.
Cancellations 7 days or fewer and no shows- 100 % of booking total will be forfeited

Damage to property:
The client shall be responsible for any damage whatsoever caused to the buildings, furnishings, improvements, utensils and any additional equipment belonging to Nantes Estate and/or any losses, damages caused by any act or omission by the client, as well as any damages to the property or breakages caused by the client’s guests.

Indemnity:
Nantes Estate will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, theft, injury or death of any guest who make use or visit the property or make use of any amenities on the Estate.
Nantes Estate will not be liable for any damages. All guests enter the premises at their own risk, and Nantes Estate does not accept any responsibility of their safety and or wellbeing.
Children are most welcome to Nantes Estate; however adult supervision is of the upmost importance at all times, with responsibility for
safety and well-being resting with the parents. There are water features and an open swimming pool on the property and vigilance is required. Nantes Estate’s indemnity declaration also applies in this instance.
