The house is situated in one of the best parts of Springbok, but that is where it ends. Although the reception is friendly and efficient, the rest leaves a lot to be desired. The place has no character. During our stay some guests came in late in the night, shouting and slamming doors as far as they went without any consideration for those trying to sleep. There was no control from the night staff, if any were actually on duty. A staff member was smoking outside the front door and the smoke was blown into the house by the wind, up the stairs and into the guest area; not very pleasant....
