Myoli Holiday Apartments offers comfortable accommodation in two self-catering apartments situated in the Myoli Beach and Cola Beach area in Sedgefield. The location offers access to beaches, where guests can stroll or jog all the way to Buffalo Bay.Each apartment can comfortably accommodate four guests in two en-suite bedrooms. Both Apartments are a 4 minute walk to the beach where after returning to your apartment you can enjoy a hot or cold shower outside the apartment.
Both Apartments are equipped with 70% alcohol based hand sanitiser and a contact free hand held thermometer.

House Rules
First of all, welcome to our home.
Please take care of the holiday accommodation premises like you would take care of yours or even better.
Thank you for your cooperation. We trust you will enjoy your stay.
• Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the unit.
• When leaving your apartment unoccupied at any time please lock the doors and set the alarm. This also applies on your departure.
• Arrival time is 15H00 onwards or after 20H00 by arrangement.
• Please report at the main House situated at 69 Claude Urban Drv, Myoli Beach. Do not go directly to the apartment.
• Departure is strictly at 10H00.
• Late departures will result in a penalty as we have cleaners on contract and maybe new clients arriving the same day.
• Please note that a daily limited free Wi-Fi is granted per apartment.
• Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits or dirty clothing.
• Please remove sandy shoes before entering the house.
• Do not use soap at the outdoor shower as the soap contaminates the paving and created a slip hazard.
• Do not leave the windows wide open when you leave the premises on rainy days as this could result in damage to the curtains and or furniture.
• Use coasters provided when placing drinks on tables.
• No fish may be descaled or gutted on the premises.
• If you accidentally break anything please inform us and settle the cost of replacement with us. Checks to make sure that the inventory is correct and declare any discrepancies when you arrive. Recheck when you leave and report any discrepancies.
• No person shall place any refuse outside the premises except in the containers provided.
• Some of the closets may be locked and contain the owner’s items. Please respect these closets and do not attempt to open them as it will amount to theft or attempted theft.
• Occupancy at any time, for any reason is limited to the number of persons agreed as per your contract/reservation. Prior arrangements for additional persons can and must be made with the Agent or Landlord or Owner/Host.
• No pets or living creatures other that human beings are allowed on the premises and any such creature or animal must immediately be removed. Except if provided for otherwise and with written consent of the Agent or Landlord or Owner/Host.
• Vehicles must be parked in the reserved area/s. A maximum of one vehicle is allowed on the premises per apartment. Prior approval is required for additional vehicles caravans or trailers.
• Only the built in braai provided may be used and no Webber or other free standing cooking, spit braai, braai or barbecuing appliances are allowed.
• Washing of vehicles and or equipment on the premises is prohibited.
• Please keep the noise levels low and respect our neighbor’s and fellow guests.
• Do not move furniture around in the premises and do not take them outside.
• You are not allowed to invite guests to sleep over unless prior approval is obtained from the land lord and any such breach of the contract will result in your forfeiture of your breakage deposit.
• Make fires only in places provide and please assist in conserving nature.
• No pine, pressed wood, cardboard, or hardboard may be used in the braai’s or fireplace.
• Upon departure please make sure that the premises is generally tidy and all dishes are clean and
packed away as same is not included in the responsibilities of the cleaning company.
• Check the terms and conditions of your reservation and comply with same.
• No private appliances e.g. fridges gas stoves, deep fat fryers, wok or cooking utensils are allowed in or on the premises by order.
• Towels are not to be used for bathing or for use on the beach and only to be used on the premises for hygiene purposes.
• No loud music is permitted at any time.
• Motor vehicle Hi Fi systems are not allowed to be used on the premises for entertainment.
• You are responsible for daily cleaning or alternative arrangements can be made at your cost.
• For safety and security you are allowed to use a private cleaning services approved by Myoli Holiday Apartments.
• “Matric Rage” bookings are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Please note this is a tranquil location and therefore no parties or events are permitted on the premises.
• All persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a person over the age of 35.
• Please note, guests are required to produce a photo ID or Passport and credit card upon check-in. The credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking. Please note there are no credit card facilities on site to facilitate transactions.
• No Large fires are allowed in the built in braai for safety reasons.
• No fireworks are allowed on the premises.
