No Refunds if guests don’t pitch.Use a kettle to boil water ONLY.Use Microwave for reheating only (Love and Hope Unit) – NO COOKING - except in Self Catering Unit (Faith Unit).If you make a mess – CLEAN IT.There is a fee for LOST KEYS.Turn Lights OFF if you don’t use them.SAVE WATER.NO HEATERS.Quiet time after 22:00 PLEASE.NO EATING or Drinking on the Beds.FAKE TAN – BIO SHEETS.Permanent Dirt Marks on the sheets, bedding, Towels will be charged for.NO STEALING – PLEASE.Use Furniture for its intended use ONLY.Do not use the premises for any ILLEGAL activities.Guests should dispose of garbage in the trash Bins.Laundry for Long Term guests – NO IRONS IN ROOMS ALLOWED.Respect `OFF LIMITS` – `NO ENTRY` areas. NO LOUD MUSIC – Pls Respect our Neighbours.NO Revving or Spinning of your Vehicles Tyres.POO in the Toilet, wipe your bum with Toilet Paper, & not on the walls, towels or bedding, a cleaning or replacement fee will be charged.LONG TERM Guests – Bedding and Towel changes will be done every 3rd day. ALL Valuables need to be out of the unit for safety reasons for cleaning day. Inspection of the unit will also be done.PLEASE TAKE CARE OF OUR PROPERTY AND BELONGINGS, WE SAVED FOR A LONG TIME TO MAKE OUR DREAM COME TRUE.If you break or Damage something please let us know, report any defects, otherwise, it will be deemed as you broke it and you will be charged for it.Clean your Dirty Dishes before Check-out or additional cleaning Fee will be charged.Damages exceeding the Deposit paid will be billed to the guest and deducted from its Credit Card and guest will be reported to Airbnb.Park in front of your unit – for Self Catering unit – Park in front of the ReceptionMr Delivery Food is available until 22:00, please use own phone.I agree with all the above terms and conditions and rules.
