Mount Gahinga Lodge is a modern lodge located just outside of the Mgahinga Gorilla National park, at the foothills of the Virunga Valcanoes. When not relaxing in your private room, spend some time at the main building. Relax with a book and unwind beside the central fireplace, and share stories of the days’ activities. The terrace outside and a spacious sunroom adjoining the living area, completing the peaceful and open style.

Activities are the lodge are abundant and can be arranged on arrival. The highlight is trekking mountain gorillas through the misty Virunga Mountains. Other activities include hiking up the dormant volcanoes, trekking the elusive Golden Monkey or explore the Batwa culture.
