Mountain and Sea comprises of a main house and cottage on the same property separated by a connecting gate. situated in a quiet, safe corner of Sandbaai. The property includes two braai areas as well as a wood fired hot tub. This is a great location with a lovely mountain view and close to Onrus and Sandbaai beaches. The coastal path is a short five minute walk away with access to the beaches, where you can enjoy swimming surfing, diving, or just catching some rays. If you are into mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The house and cottage can accommodate up to 10 adults.

The main house comprises two bedrooms, a kitchen and scullery, and an open-plan dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The main bathroom contains a bath and a shower. Both bedrooms have plenty of windows with views of the mountains and the surrounding trees and green belt. There is also an upstairs loft room with two sky lights, that contains a futon that can be used as a bed or a couch as well as two single beds.

The loft also features a juliet balcony overlooking the green belt. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, and a fridge-freezer. The scullery has a double sink and a top-loader washing machine as well as a dishwasher. The dining area contains a six seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The patio with braai facilities has mountain views while the back garden opens onto a green belt.

The separate cottage has two bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and lounge. One bedroom has a queen sized bed while the other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower and washing machine while the kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge as well as a gas hob and electric oven. The kitchen also features an espresso machine. The stoep of the cottage has a wood fired hot tub as well as a fire pit.

For peace of mind the house and cottage has outside beams which are linked to an armed response. Cleaning services during your stay can be arranged at an extra cost.
