The house is a fully equipped self-catering home, ideal for weekend getaways, or longer stays.
The house consists of three private bedrooms, two of them with queen size double beds and the third bedroom with twin beds. The main bed room is en suite, and the other two bedrooms share a separate full bathroom. All three bedrooms have electric blankets, and underfloor heating, and the bathrooms have underfloor heating as well.
A fourth bedroom with twin beds is situated in a loft room which overlooks the lounge. The beds are fitted with electric blankets. A fifth bedroom at the rear of the house has a bunk bed and its own bathroom. In total, the house can sleep up to three couples, and four singles, 10 people in total.
The kitchen is fully self -catering, with granite surfaces and modern appliances. There is a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and glasses to cater for 10 people. The kitchen has underfloor heating.
Morgenzon is beautifully decorated with the living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The lounge has a gas fire place for those winter evenings. The dining room and lounge are open plan and lead into an enclosed patio which is equipped with an indoor charcoal braai. The patio is an ideal suntrap in winter and its large windows enable guests to enjoy the 180˚ views of the Rooiberg Mountains which surround this part of Clarens. The whole living area has underfloor heating throughout.
For outdoor braais during the day and on summer evenings, there is also a portable Weber braai available. The lounge and patio area have flat screen TV’s. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. A double garage with electric doors is also available for secure parking as well as ample off road parking behind secure gates for additional cars.
