Moonshadow cottage is tucked away in a coastal forest, five minutes walk from the beach. Enjoy total peace and privacy in this stylish and comfortable space. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to birdsong. Watch sunrise and sunset from the wind protected deck, surrounded by fynbos. Our space showcases beautiful local art, architecture and design. This property forms part of a private environmental estate and abuts a nature reserve. One cannot see another houser , only fynbos, forest, Chapmans Peak and Silvermine mountains. A true place to retreat and rejuvenate . L

Children love being able to walk around the estate, easy access to beach, beach toys, umbrella and hammock are provided. The single bed has a cot side to create a safe sleeping spot. We have 2 camp cots and mosquito nets for all beds.
Enjoy total privacy, watch moonrise directly in front of the cottage. Lie around on the outdoor daybed or in the hammock. Shower outdoors in the rests. Bath looking into the cool courtyard. Wake up to birdsong and a view that is only nature.
We deep cleanse between guests and provide hand soap, sanitiser and outdoor open space. Beds have mattress protectors and pillow protectors which are washed between visits.
