CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification thereof. If a payment is not received in accordance with our payment policy, Monte La Vue Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and the guest/tour operator/travel agent will be advised by email. All cancellations will be subject to the following policy:
Room reservations are only guaranteed on full payment or if otherwise – confirmed in writing by Monte La Vue Boutique Hotel.
• There will be 10% of the total booking value admin fee charge for all cancellations.
• For all non-arrivals or premature departures, 100% of the total booking value including of any extras’ fee will be forfeited/payable to the hotel.
• Cancellations more than 21 days prior to the date of arrival – Will be charged only the 10% admin fee (as outlined above)
• Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the check in date will be charged 25% of total booking value plus the 10% admin fee (as outlined above)
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the check in date will be charged 50% of total booking value plus the 10% admin fee (as outlined above)
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the check in date will be charged 100% of total booking value.
Terms and conditions as well as our cancellation policy are deemed as accepted on the receipt of the deposit (Non-negotiable)!

Postponement Policy:
• Postponement requests made more than 7 days before arrival will not be charged!
• Postponement requests made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 10% of the total booking value!
• Postponement requests made less than 3 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total booking value!
• New date must be booked within 7 days from the postponement request
