Important Information

The rates displayed are for two guests only, please enquire for sliding scale rates.
We do not supply meals, although there are a number of restaurants and cafes throughout Knysna.
A Kwikspar on the premises can supply everyday requirements.

Right of admission is reserved
The number of persons booked may not be exceeded without prior consent.
Your own electrical appliances may not be used in any accommodation.
The ablution blocks have shaver points, washing- and ironing facilities and ample drying lines are available.
Communal braais are provided.
All guests must provide their own bedding and towels.
Extra linen is available for hire.
Reservations made in advance and paid in full will not be affected by future rate increases.
A 50% deposit on confirmation of booking is standard.
Booking to be paid in full 21 days before arrival.
When extending a reservation, extra days will be charged - the rate applicable to that specific day.
Reservations with part pre-payment will be charged the new rate increase, comes into effect on the arrival date.
On the event of the guest not checking in on the first night of the reservation, the accommodation will not be held for the number of days already paid for.

Rates includes one motor vehicle per site or chalet.

No day visitors
Only one vehicle per site, chalet or cabin is allowed.

Please note that we do not usually allow pets however, this can be discussed and possibly allowed over a quiet period/season. Please enquire.
