Important Information
* Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
* Check-in: 14h00 to 18h00.
* Check-out by 10h00.
* Late check-out or early check-in by arrangement only.
* However, for all late check-ins after 19h00, a fee of R100 per hour may be levied if no prior arrangements were made.
* Same-day booking must be confirmed by telephone.
* Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated.
* Secure off-street parking is available for overnight guests only and is at their own risk.
* Mongoose Manor Guesthouse is a non-smoking establishment and includes all rooms and buildings. Please use designated smoking areas on the patio and/or garden as indicated by management. Please use butt buddies.
* Please note that if the non-smoking policy is broken, guests will be charged for professional steam-cleaning of all curtains, carpets and mattresses.
* No late-night or overnight visitors in suites, please. Visitors may visit during the day/early evening on the patio area. Guests will be charged for extra person(s) staying.
* Any damage to the suite(s) or its contents caused by guests accidentally or otherwise, including difficult or permanent stains on linen and towels, please note that the full replacement value or specialised cleaning costs will, unfortunately, have to be charged to the guest's account.
* Guests and/or their employer will be held liable for replacement costs of lost or stolen keys and damage to rooms or loss/damage to the contents of the room in which guests are accommodated.
